Received the charger 2 weeks ahead of time. Came in Chinese packaging. Was not the at all like the picture. Very cheap feeling. And says “not compatible”. Not impressed by the product.

With striking looks, Remax’s USB cord is primarily designed to be used with an Apple device with a Lightning type connection. The cord also has a micro-USB connector, but it’s not that convenient to access, and doing so may add some wear and tear to the cord.

Available in three color schemes, the cord is flat, and terminates on each end in a shiny plastic fitting. The cord comes with plastic covers for the contacts at each end, but these may be likely to get lost. If you have a lot of cords, the bright colors should make the Remax more noticeable.

I received a sample for evaluation, and find that this cord works best as a Lightning cord. Accessing the micro-USB connector requires that you slide it out from the back of the Lighting connector, and for the cord I received, these parts were wedged together very tightly. While I was able to separate the connectors, I needed to be aware of not stressing the cable, and possibly causing it to fail.

This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made on Amazon. The charger is low quality, doesn’t speed up the charge as advertised, is very insecure and easily broken into parts. For my iPhone 6S, whenever I plug in this charger, my phone’s touch screen would behave crazily and I couldn’t perform normal touching tasks, otherwise it works totally fine whenever it’s not charged or is charged with an authentic Apple charger.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend this product at all cost.
