Purchased two of these chargers. One works fine and is great, the second arrived not working. The company has a 1 year warranty which is great, so I figured it would be easy to replace. The company wants you to go through their website and not Amazon to address any issues. This is probably to maintain a high rating. I emailed them my issue following their directions two weeks ago and never heard back. Can’t recommend this product with such poor customer service regarding a low quality product.

These are actually more useful than I thought they would be. The Colors make them easy to find in a sea of cords and the six feet is a refreshing change from the standard 3ft cords that seem to be everywhere in my house. They fit snugly in my iPhone and iPad although I had to remove the case on the iPhone to get the end fully in. The colors are pastel and true to the pictures. The Cords seem to be thicker than the standard apple ones and should wear longer. These are a great value.
